It all started with a broken iPhone 3G, a YouTube video, and some free time. Then it evolved from there. When I started Wobot, the year was 2016, and it was clear that the industry was in need of a catalyst.

In 2024 I decided I was no longer OK leaving my dog at home while i worked a corporate job, so left my full-time corporate job in 2024 to focus on Wobot full time. in 2025 we were voted Salt Lake’s best electronics repair shop for the first time.

Academically, I’ve earned two bachelor degrees from the University of Utah. And unofficially a repair certificate from the Wireless Repair Training Center in NYC.
In the phone industry I’ve worked for the two largest insurance providers in the nation: Asurion and Diamond Wireless. Outside of phones, I’ve worked in mining, the pool industry, in architectural glass, with the department of transportation, and in freelance design.
