He was very kind and helpful with explaining all the options and his fair prices (he even let us know about a program through our bank we could get he bill reimbursed that we didn’t know about before so it will basically be free!) we had a pleasant conversation about our dogs while he fixed the phone right there no needing leave it and come back later. Of course, my phone decided to behave perfectly when he tested it 😅 but he still took the time to look it over and went ahead and replaced the port to be safe.
